Public Notice: Peabody Caballo Mining, LLC, Permit Renewal for Caballo Mine, PT0433, TFN 7 2/294Public Notice Peabody Caballo Mining, LLC of St. Louis, Missouri has filed a mining permit renewal application with the Land Quality Division of the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality for the mining of coal in Campbell County, Wyoming. Caballo Mine is approximately ten miles south of Gillette, WY and four miles east of Highway 59 on Bishop Road. The application may be viewed at the Cheyenne or Sheridan Office of the Land Quality Division. The application will be readvertised for public comment prior to approval by the Department of Environmental Quality. |
