Arvest Named to 2026 Best Employers List for New Grads

Arvest Bank is proud to announce it has been recognized by Forbes as one of America's Best Employers for New Grads for 2026. This marks the second time Arvest has earned a spot on this list, having previously received the honor in 2024.

The ranking is based on an independent survey of over 20,000 young professionals (working for companies with at least 1,000 employees) who were asked to rate their employers on criteria such as working conditions, salary, development opportunities and company image. Participants were also asked how likely they would be to recommend their employer to others.

"Our graduates are central to our modernization and innovation efforts, allowing us to integrate the latest academic perspectives into our banking solutions," said Aileen Wilkins, Chief People Officer at Arvest Bank. "We're proud to be a place where new talent and seasoned experience come together to redefine the future of banking."

Arvest's inclusion on the 2026 list underscores the bank's commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and work-life balance. This recognition joins a growing list of accolades for Arvest, which has consistently been named by Forbes as one of America's Best Large Employers and Best-In-State Employers.
