September 16, 2025 - The City of St. Petersburg invites the community to participate and celebrate Free Museum Day on Saturday, Sept. 20. On this day, museums and cultural spots across St. Petersburg will open their doors to the public with free admission. This event, coordinated by the City of St. Petersburg and the St. Petersburg Arts Alliance, invites residents and visitors alike to experience the artistic and cultural heritage of St. Pete, free of charge.
Please note, some museums require tickets to be reserved in advance and require ID. In addition, some museums limit free access to Pinellas County or St. Pete residents. Below is a list of participating organizations:
