Norton Rose Fulbright partner named 2025 ‘Leader of Influence’ by Los Angeles Business Journal

Norton Rose Fulbright partner Debbie Birndorf-Zeiler(Los Angeles) has been selected among the 2025 Leaders of Influence: Labor and Employment Attorneysby the Los Angeles Business Journal.

This list recognizes exceptional labor and employment lawyers in Los Angeles who have demonstrated outstanding professional achievements, influential community leadership and meaningful contributions to the field over the past year.

Debbie brings over three decades of legal experience to her practice. She specializes in representing employers in all aspects of employment law, including defense against harassment and discrimination claims, wage disputes, wage and hour class actions, PAGA claims, disability discrimination claims and trade secrets misappropriation matters.

In addition to litigation, Debbie provides day-to-day counseling to employers on a wide range of workplace issues. She advises on compliance with California and federal employment laws, drafts and reviews employment agreements, handbooks and policies, and counsels on employee discipline, leaves of absence, accommodations and terminations. Debbie regularly partners with clients to develop proactive strategies that minimize risk, promote compliance and support positive employee relations.
