ADL - 230224 Notice of Decision for an ILMA Amendment for DOT&PF, Nightmute Airport

A decision for ADL 230224 as been signed. The public comment deadline has passed.

The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land and Water, Southcentral Regional Land Office (SCRO) has received a request for the amendment of the existing Interagency Land Management Assignment (ILMA) to allow for construction of a barge landing.

APPLICANT: Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities.

PROJECT NAME: ADL 230224

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Nightmute, Alaska

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:

Section 34, Township 5 North, Range 88 West, Seward Meridian, Alaska.

REQUESTED ACTIVITY: The amendment will affect a previously approved ILMA for the Nightmute Airport by eliminating language precluding development within the ILMA to allow for construction of a barge landing in support of the Nightmute Airport.

REQUESTED TERM: Indefinite
