Chris Bellamy, Adam Hill and Justin Thomas Named Notable Leaders in Accounting by Crain’s Cleveland

Chris Bellamy, Adam Hill and Justin Thomas have been recognized on the 2026 Crain's Cleveland Business list of Notable Leaders in Accounting, Consulting & Law. The award recognizes the best of the best in these fields across Northeast Ohio, featuring individuals who impact change, embody mentorship, and promote and foster growth.

Chris Bellamy, CEO, has led the firm's dynamic expansion since becoming CEO in 2022, beginning with adding Philadelphia, Buffalo and Denver offices to the firm's geographic footprint. In addition to organic expansion, Chris has led five acquisitions and a minority strategic growth investment from private equity firm Lovell Minnick in 2025. That investment positioned the firm to accelerate growth, increasing revenue, employee headcount and jobs in Northeast Ohio. Chris serves as a board member for Greater Cleveland Partnership and Greater Cleveland Sports Commission. He also serves on Ohio University's College of Business Executive Advisory Board and as a trustee for Ohio University Foundation.

Adam Hill has served as a market leader of the Real Estate & Construction Group, one of the firm's largest vertical growth areas, for over 25 years. He has helped take the group national - significantly growing revenue and positioning the team as the top tax structuring and planning firm and top Qualified Opportunity Zone consultants in the U.S. Adam is board treasurer for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio, on the Urban Land Institute Advisory Council and the International Council of Shopping Centers Tax Policy Council.

Justin Thomas serves as a market leader of the Private Equity Group, is a member of the firm's board and has been integrally involved in its numerous M&A transactions. Justin elevated the Private Equity team to a high-growth driver and built it into one of the largest middle market practices in the U.S. Specifically, in recent years he strategically expanded the firm's private equity services, broadened the group's national reach and more than doubled revenue. Justin is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs, American Institute of CPAs and is involved with the Youth Challenge sports and recreation program for children with physical disabilities.
