Geeta Durham Joins Korn Ferry Senior Client Partner

San Francisco, September 22, 2026 - Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) today announced that Geeta Durham has joined the firm as North America Lead for Strategy and Change within the firm's Talent and Organizational Solutions business. She will be based in the firm's San Francisco office.

Durham brings more than two decades of experience advising executive teams on business and organizational change. She helps organizations manage M&A, operating model shifts, growth strategies, leadership transitions, culture change, and AI-enabled transformation.
