WEBER LAUNCHES KETTLE CREW TO FUEL COMMUNITY AND

IGNITE THE NEXT GENERATION OF PITMASTERS

New creator and brand advocate program celebrates craftsmanship, creativity and connection around live-fire cooking

PALATINE, Ill., Sept. 1, 2026 - Weber, a global leader in outdoor cooking products, today launched Kettle Crew, a community of passionate pitmasters, creators and brand advocates united by a love of live-fire cooking and the Weber brand.

More than a traditional ambassador program, Kettle Crew is designed to help members strengthen their outdoor cooking and content-creation skills, build authentic relationships, support one another and introduce a new generation of cooks to the Weber experience.

"Kettle Crew is about bringing together people who share a genuine passion for cooking over fire and giving them a place to learn, create and grow together," said CJ Frazier, Kettle Crew program lead. "We're building this community around participation and craftsmanship so its members can help carry Weber's legacy forward authentically."

Guided by the mission, "To lead a new generation of pitmasters-driven by fire and powered by Weber," Kettle Crew launches with 18 founding members in the United States representing a range of experience levels, cooking styles, personalities and content platforms. Members were selected based on the quality and consistency of their content, passion for outdoor cooking, authenticity, positive engagement and potential to contribute to an active community. Follower count was secondary.

A Community Forged by Fire

Kettle Crew members will take part in year-round programming created to deepen their skills behind the grill and behind the camera. The curriculum will be offered through the Crew's private digital community led by Frazier and the Kettle Crew community support team that includes experts from across Weber.

The community is just getting started and is expected to grow intentionally while maintaining a strong, active culture. Creators interested in future opportunities can follow Weber and Kettle Crew social channels for application announcements, community news and original content.
