Delta provides flexible options for all customers with impacted travel to/from TLV through Sept. 5.
Wednesday, March 25:
9:30 a.m. update
Delta is extending its pause of service to Tel Aviv (TLV) as we continue to closely monitor conditions in the region and prioritize the safety of our customers and employees, with service from New York (JFK) and Atlanta (ATL) to TLV suspended through Sept. 5.
The launch of Boston (BOS)-TLV service, planned for late October, has been delayed until further notice.
Affected flights will be processed in Delta's systems on March 28, at which time customers will receive cancellation notifications through the Fly Delta app and via the contact information listed in their reservation.
Customers on affected flights to/from Atlanta or New York-JFK do not need to wait for the cancellation notification to adjust their travel. We encourage customers to visit the Delta app or delta.com now to review rebooking options and make changes to their trip. Flexible options, including a refund of the unflown portion of the trip, are available for customers with affected travel to/from TLV through Sept. 5.
Customers on affected flights to/from Boston will receive a cancellation notification including next steps to rebook or obtain a refund.

Wednesday, March 18:
10:00 a.m. update
In response to the ongoing conflict in the region, Delta has extended the suspension of flights from New York (JFK) to Tel Aviv (TLV) through May 31, and from TLV to JFK through June 1.
Affected flights will be processed in Delta's system on March 21, when customers will receive cancellation notifications via the Delta app and the contact information in their reservation.
Customers do not need to wait for the cancellation notification to adjust their travel. We encourage customers to visit the Delta app or delta.com now to review rebooking options and make changes to their trip. A travel waiver is available to provide flexible options, including a refund of the unflown portion of the trip, for customers with impacted travel to/from TLV through May 31.
As previously announced, the restart of Atlanta (ATL) to Tel Aviv service has been delayed, with flights from ATL to TLV now paused through Aug. 4 and flights from TLV to ATL paused through Aug. 5.
At this time, no changes have been announced for BOS-TLV service, which is currently scheduled to launch Oct. 24.

In response to the ongoing conflict in the region, Delta has extended the suspension of flights from New York (JFK) to Tel Aviv (TLV) through March 31 and from TLV to JFK through April 1. Additionally, the restart of Atlanta (ATL) to Tel Aviv service has been delayed, with flights from ATL to TLV now paused through Aug. 4 and flights from TLV to ATL paused through Aug. 5.
Affected flights will be processed in Delta's system on March 14, when customers will receive cancellation notifications via the Delta app and the contact information in their reservation.
Customers do not need to wait for the cancellation notification to adjust their travel. We encourage customers to visit the Delta app or delta.com now to review rebooking options and make changes to their trip. A travel waiver is available to provide flexible options, including a refund of the unflown portion of the trip, for customers with impacted travel to/from TLV through April 30.

Delta has canceled flights from New York-JFK to Tel Aviv (TLV) through March 22 and from TLV to JFK through March 23 in response to the ongoing conflict in the region.
Affected flights will be processed in Delta's system on March 7, when customers will receive cancellation notifications via the Delta app and the contact information in their reservation.
Customers do not need to wait for the cancellation notification to adjust their travel. We encourage customers to visit the Delta app or delta.com now to review rebooking options and make changes to their trip.
