Auto Care Association to Host Webinar on Supreme Court Ruling, Key Trade Developments Impacting Aftermarket Industry

The webinar will feature Mark Tallo, managing partner, operating committee, Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, P.A., who will discuss the latest legal and policy developments shaping the trade landscape, including the implications of a recent U.S. Supreme Court decision related to IEEPA tariffs and Section 122 global tariffs.

During the webinar, participants will gain insight into:

• The U.S. Supreme Court decision on IEEPA tariffs and what it means for importers;

• Steel and aluminum valuation issues and compliance considerations;

• Section 232 auto parts tariffs, including self-declaration strategies; and
