"We are excited to welcome them to our team and believe their leadership and expertise will be valuable as we continue to grow and strengthen our bank."
Robinson brings more than 20 years of banking experience, with expertise spanning commercial lending, community banking, customer relationship management, and regional leadership. Pittillo earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business from the University of Arkansas and is a graduate of the Omega Credit & Risk Management Banking School. He has a long history of community involvement and currently serves as Chairman of the Economic Development Alliance for Jefferson County and on the boards of Fifty for the Future and the Pine Bluff Area Community Foundation, among other community organizations.
"Both Daniel and Chad have built their careers around relationships, with customers, colleagues and their communities," Morgan said. "That approach aligns well with who we are as a bank. We look forward to the experience and perspective they will bring to our organization and, most importantly, to our customers."
