During the recent port call of the Aspides Operation Flagship, the destroyer Caio Duilio, the Force Commander of the EU Naval Forces ASPIDES, Rear Admiral Andrea Quondamatteo, met with a number of civilian and military authorities, in particular the Commander of the French Forces in Djibouti (COMFOR DJI), General Sébastien Vallette, and the Commander of the Djiboutian Coast Guard, Colonel Wais Omar Bogoreh.
