De La Cruz's Disabled Veterans Housing Support Act Becomes Law
Today, Congresswoman De La Cruz's (TX-15) bipartisan legislation, the Disabled Veterans Housing Support Act, was signed into law by President Trump.
The legislation ensures VA service-connected disability income is excluded from income calculations when determining eligibility under the Department of Housing and Urban Development's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.
