The City of Lima's Neighborhood Impact Grant Program provides funding for community-driven projects that strengthen neighborhoods and make measurable improvements to the quality of life in our city. These small grants are designed to spark local pride, increase volunteer participation, and bring residents together around projects that create lasting impact.
Recognized Neighborhood Associations and 501(c)(3) organizations located within Allen County are eligible to apply-regardless of the size or budget of the organization.
Grant Overview
Organizations with projects exceeding $1,500 may be eligible for additional funding through the Activated Neighborhood Challenge in partnership with Activate Allen County and Mercy Health.

Tips for a Successful Proposal
Activated Neighborhood Challenge 2025
