On Tuesday, October 14, Seawolf Dining and Catering served 150 guests at Brother Francis Shelter with a menu celebrating Indigenous Alaska cuisine. The Seawolf Dining team prepared akutaq, salmon chowder and reindeer stew, delivering warm, nourishing food and Seawolf hospitality to our neighbors.
This effort showcased the culinary skill, cultural respect, and community heart of our UAA Dining and Catering Team. Seawol Dinings thanks the chefs, staff and partners who made it happen and helped bring nourishment and pride to the table!
