Willkie represented BMO Sponsor Finance as administrative agent, sole lead arranger and sole bookrunner in connection with new credit facilities for CCS Facility Services, a portfolio company of Silver Oak Services Partners that provides commercial facility services in metro markets across the Western U.S.
