Dentons advises PPG on the sale of Dębica factory in Poland

Dentons advised PPG Deco, part of PPG - a global manufacturer of paints, coatings and specialty materials - on the sale of its facility in Dębica to Atlas, a leading Polish manufacturer of building materials.
As part of the transaction, Atlas took over the production and warehouse infrastructure at the 27-hectare site. PPG is winding down its operations in Dębica as it consolidates its Polish production and distribution activities at its facility in Wrocław. The transaction was completed following receipt of the required regulatory approvals.
The Dentons team advising PPG was led by M&A partner Paweł Grabowski and counsel Bartosz Juszczak, with support from associate Paulina Obiedzińska. Tax advice was provided by partner Dariusz Stolarek and counsel Damian Bugaj, while counsel Maciej Marek advised on merger control matters.
