Chandler City Clerk’s Office adds…

CHANDLER, Ariz. - The Chandler City Clerk's Office, a designated passport acceptance facility, has added a new photo booth to make applying for a passport even more convenient. The self-service booth, located on the first floor of Chandler City Hall, allows customers to have their passport photo taken and printed on-site, eliminating the need for a separate trip to another retailer.

No appointment is necessary to use the photo booth. Unlimited retakes are included, and users only pay the $14.99 fee when satisfied with the photo. The booth only accepts major credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and tap. The photo booth can only be used by adults and children (not infants) who can sit independently inside a small enclosed raised booth with a height-adjustable seat.

"By offering photos on-site, we're able to make the passport application process a little easier and more efficient for the public," said City Clerk Jennifer Ekblad. "Customers can now complete their entire application in one stop."

Chandler City Hall is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday and is located at 175 S. Arizona Ave. To schedule an appointment, view fees and required documents needed to process a passport, visit Passports. Appointment availability is updated in real time with appointments opening up each weekday.
