Free Family Event to Support Victim Rescue in East Africa
Red Letter Project (RLP) announces its inaugural Fall Fest Fundraiser on Saturday, October 4, 2025 from 11AM to 3PM at Caring Community Church of God (7176 Red Top Road, Hummelstown, PA 17036).
This free, family-friendly event is raising funds to fight human trafficking in East Africa. RLP works to rescue victims, provide vocational training, and empower communities, disrupting trafficking operations through collaboration with local organizations. RSVPs help for planning purposes.
Since January 2024, RLP has rescued over 260 young victims, led to the arrests of over 50 suspects, graduated 74 from vocational training, has helped 37 launch businesses, and currently has 83 enrolled in vocational training. Your support provides for the logistics and operational support to rescue children before they are exploited by the trafficking industry, never to be seen again. This much needed funding provides vocational training for these same children to have the hope of making an honest living in their home country.
The Fall Fest supports the "1 of 1,000 Campaign," seeking 1,000 donors to give $25 monthly (or $300 annually) to sustain and expand this work. The event offers fall-themed fun for all ages. Attendees can enjoy pulled pork BBQ and classic fall sides.
Sponsorships start at $600, offering benefits like social media recognition, logo placement on the RLP Fall Fest webpage, programs, signage, and videos:
Sponsorship deadline is September 27, 2025. Forms are at www.redletterleadership.com/rlp_fff. Contact Jordan Ames for details at [email protected].
