Project Update: 4th and Plum Street Pedestrian and Bike Improvements

On Tuesday, January 27, the City's Contractor will pour concrete centerline curb on the north leg of Plum Street at the intersection of 4th Avenue and Plum Street. This work requires the inside vehicle travel lanes on Plum Street to be closed between 5th Avenue and State Avenue. The contractor will start preparing the site around 2:00 p.m. and the concrete pour work will begin around 4:00 p.m.

Pedestrians, bicyclists, and drivers should expect delays. Traffic control will be in place; please follow the directions of the flaggers. Please use caution if driving in the area.

Thank you for your patience. This work is part of the 4th and Plum Street Pedestrian and Bike Improvements Project.
