Recap of FSB Agriculture Additions in 2024

Several strategic acquisitions and expansions in the FSB agriculture portfolio helped us expand our presence in the Midwest in 2024. Here are a few key highlights from a busy year!

  • FSB Hawkeye Farms, which consists of 275 acres of farmland in Mills County, Iowa, grew through a purchase of a combined 500 acres in Pottawattamie County and Fremont County, Iowa, creating FSB Hawkeye Farms II and III.
  • Ag Land Investors purchased 110 acres of farmland in Dawson County, Nebraska.
  • Brumfield Farms added roughly 47 acres in La Porte, Indiana, 55 acres in New Troy, Michigan,110 acres in Bridgman, Michigan, and 93 acres in Galien, Michigan.

Frank Brumfield was born and raised on a farm in the Mississippi Delta. His true passion is all things farming and agriculture. Therefore, the FSB Team will always look for new opportunities to expand its agricultural footprint. We are excited about these new opportunities and look forward to continue to grow the FSB agriculture portfolio!
