PHOENIX - Western Alliance Bank (NYSE: WAL) today announced that Ericka LeMaster, Head of Institutional and Mid-Market Commercial Real Estate Finance for Western Alliance, has been named a 2026 GlobeSt. "Woman of Influence" honoree, an annual national program recognizing women whose leadership is shaping the commercial real estate industry.
LeMaster was selected in the Finance Executive category for her leadership across institutional and mid-market commercial real estate banking.
Since 1983, the GlobeSt. Women of Influence awards spotlight senior-level executives whose achievements have driven business results, influenced industry direction and advanced leadership within commercial real estate and finance. Honorees are selected annually from a competitive field of hundreds of CRE professionals nationally.
LeMaster is one of 20 finance executives recognized in 2026. Previously head of Western Alliance's Institutional Commercial Real Estate group, LeMaster's role recently expanded to provide unified leadership across Institutional and Mid-Market Commercial Real Estate. She is the first Western Alliance Bank executive to receive this honor.
"Ericka recognizes that relationship-building and financial discipline are complementary strengths, an approach that ensures our clients benefit from her team's ability to move quickly, think creatively and respond decisively," said Tim Bruckner, Chief Banking Officer, Regional Banking. "Under Ericka's leadership, supported by her strategic vision, our team is well-positioned to support clients' growth with best-in-class commercial real estate banking solutions."
LeMaster has more than two decades of CRE lending experience, including 16 years with Western Alliance. In her current role, she guides unified strategy and financial discipline across Western Alliance Bank's institutional and mid market commercial real estate business. Previously, LeMaster led and built the bank's institutional CRE program into a core growth engine for the bank.
"Being named a Woman of Influence in the financial sector by GlobeSt. is a real honor," said LeMaster. "I'm proud to lead a team that is committed to building and sustaining the kind of trusted relationships - with our clients, our communities and our people - that create lasting mutual success. That relationship-centered culture, paired with our passion for innovation and a hyperlocal understanding of our markets and sponsors, is what sets us apart and makes this work so deeply fulfilling."
A previous Urban Land Institute (ULI) 40 Under 40 honoree and a native Arizonan, LeMaster has been recognized in her home state as an Arizona Lender to Know in 2026 (AZ Big Media) and a Most Influential Woman (AZ Business). Actively involved in Western Alliance Bank's mentorship program, her passion for mentoring and talent development extends to the greater commercial real estate and financial services sector, where she has held leadership and committee positions with Arizona Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), NAIOP and ULI.
GlobeSt. will honor the chosen 2026 Women of Influence at the annual GlobeSt. Women of Influence awards dinner, which will be held in Denver on July 13, 2026. A full list of the 2026 GlobeSt. Women of Influence winners is available at globest.com.
