TRAFFIC ALERT - New Castle County - Walker School Road Closure, Part 2
The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists the closure of a different section of Walker School Road, this time between Union Church Road and Fleming Landing Road. The road will be closed 24/7 starting Monday, August 3rd for a total of 709 days for replacement of Taylor Bridge in Odessa.
The crew will replace Bridge 1-447. The new structure will consist of multi-span concrete girders on newly placed wall pier foundations.
