International Poultry Expo
Tucker, Ga. - October 27, 2025
The 2026 International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) will feature a special nutrition program titled "A New Understanding About 'Old' Ingredients," exploring the latest science and perspectives behind ingredients long used in animal feed formulations. This dynamic session, set for Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. ET, will bring together leading experts and researchers to share fresh insights on how "old" ingredients are revealing new performance benefits, both in laboratory assessments and in real-world production settings.
"This symposium offers a unique opportunity for feed industry professionals to revisit familiar ingredients with a fresh, evidence-based lens," said Yuan-Tai Hung, Ph.D., senior manager of research, the Institute for Feed Education and Research. "As new research continues to uncover hidden benefits and impacts, these discussions are shaping how we apply precision nutrition to advance diet formulation and animal performance in the years ahead."
Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how these established ingredients contribute to animal health, nutrition efficiency and sustainability, as well as discuss emerging findings on the roles of both micro- and macro-ingredients in modern feed programs. The event encourages interactive discussion and networking among animal food nutritionists, researchers and industry professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation in feed strategy and formulation.
Registration is now open, with a discounted rate of $79 available through Jan. 9, 2026. Don't miss your chance to join the conversation and connect with the nutrition community at IPPE 2026.
