Army Corps Requesting Proposals

WASHINGTON, D.C. -The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) in May published a notice requesting proposals regarding water resources studies, projects, and environmental infrastructure programs.

The deadline is Sept. 1 and interested agencies can use a PDF proposal form and email it to [email protected].

Submitted proposals will be included in USACE's 2027 Annual Report to Congress on Future Water Resources Development. The annual report will help guide congressional authorization for USACE initiatives in future Water Resource Development Acts, commonly known as WRDA.

ACWA member agencies collaborate closely with federal partners such as USACE on several types of water resource projects, including flood control, ecosystem restoration, navigation improvements, and water supply. While ACWA does not advocate for member-specific initiatives, the association does encourage interested members to engage.

Additional details on how to submit proposals can also be found here.

Please contact ACWA Federal Relations Representative Caleb Raspler with any questions.
