Section 8 - Other Events

Item 8.01 - Other Events.

Effective as of April 2, 2026, CWCapital Asset Management LLC ("CWCAM"), a Delaware limited liability company, will act as special servicer for the 685 Fifth Avenue Retail mortgage loan and each related pari passu and/or subordinate promissory note (collectively, the "685 Fifth Avenue Retail Non-Serviced Loan Combination"), which is serviced under the pooling and servicing agreement for the BANK 2018-BNK15 securitization (the "BANK 2018-BNK15 PSA"), replacing LNR Partners, LLC as special servicer for such non-serviced loan combination. CWCAM was appointed at the direction of RX IV CMBS, LP, the directing certificateholder under the BANK 2018-BNK15 PSA. As special servicer for the 685 Fifth Avenue Retail Non-Serviced Loan Combination, CWCAM will be responsible for the servicing and administration of the 685 Fifth Avenue Retail Non-Serviced Loan Combination if it becomes specially serviced (and the servicing and administration of any related REO property) and processing and performing certain reviews of material actions with respect to the 685 Fifth Avenue Retail Non-Serviced Loan Combination when the 685 Fifth Avenue Retail Non-Serviced Loan Combination is not specially serviced. Servicing of the 685 Fifth Avenue Retail Non-Serviced Loan Combination will continue to be governed by the BANK 2018-BNK15 PSA.
