Working with the students and really building strong relationships with them.

Well, I studied international politics in college and at one point thought I would work overseas.

Columbus, Ohio.

Q. What was your favorite subject in school?
History.

You'd have to ask my wife.

Q. Name one person from history you would like to spend a day with and why.
I would probably pick a family member that I never got to know.

Maybe right here in Rockbridge County.

Right now I'm listening to a lot of contemporary Ukrainian music. I loved the Dhaka Brakha concert on campus last spring and have been listening to them and a few other contemporary bands.

I was born in Odesa, Ukraine.
