Gresham Police seek information in deadly crash
Investigators are asking for the public's help solving a crash which killed a pedestrian in on July 25, 2026.
Police responded to reports of a traffic crash near NE 181st Avenue and NE Couch Street in Gresham just after 9:00pm on July 25, 2026. Officers found elderly female had been struck by a vehicle while crossing SE 181st Avenue. The driver of the vehicle that struck the female stayed at the scene and assisted in the investigation. Life saving measures were attempted but ultimately the female was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Vehicular Crimes Team is investigating the crash. Anyone who witnessed the crash or has information is asked to contact Officer Gabriel Hoffman at [email protected].
