Q. How long have you worked at W&L?
I've been working at W&L for almost 12 years.

Q. What do you like most about working at W&L?
The people that I interact with on a daily basis.

Q. Where is your favorite location on the W&L campus?
The Colonnade.

Q. Where did you grow up?
Rockbridge County born and raised.

Q. What advice do you have for students?
Keep moving forward, never dwell on the past.

Q. What is the most adventurous thing that you have ever done?
Spear fishing in the Atlantic Ocean.

Q. What's your favorite thing to do when you're not working?
I like to hunt and fish.

Q. If you could live anywhere, where would you build your dream home?
Somewhere near the ocean - probably the Eastern Shore of Virginia or Florida.

Q, Who most inspires you?
Jesus - he loves everyone.

Q. What book are you reading now?
I am reading a few outdoor magazines at the moment.

Q. What music are you listening to these days?
Rock and heavy metal.

Q. What is your favorite film (movie) of all time?
I enjoy "Where the Red Fern Grows."

Q. What is the website you visit most often and why?
I visit YouTube frequently to watch fishing and hunting videos.

Q. If they made a movie about your life, who would play you?
Liam Neeson is my favorite actor and would do a good job portraying me.

Q. Which historical figure do you most identify with and why?
Teddy Roosevelt - he was an avid hunter and rough rider and decorated the White House with taxidermy.

Q. If you could have coffee with one person, who would it be and why?
My mom - I miss her so much. She had a debilitating stroke in 2018 and passed away in 2024.

Q. What is your desert island food?
Fish or any type of seafood.

Q. Tell us something most people don't know about you.
I am dyslexic.

Q. What is your secret talent?
Working with animals.
