Downtown Public Wi-Fi Outage
The City of Mountain View's free, public outdoor Wi-Fi service in the Downtown corridor (MVWiFi) may be offline due to connectivity and performance issues. Not all areas Downtown are affected by the MVWiFi outage.
The City's Information Technology Department is working to resolve the issue, which could take several days and is caused by construction activities Downtown.
Indoor Wi-Fi services remain available at the Mountain View Public Library, Mountain View Senior Center, Mountain View Community Center, and The View Teen Center.
The City appreciates the public's patience while efforts are underway to address the issue affecting the public Wi-Fi network.
