Governor Rhoden to Sign Bill to Defend Freedom to Worship

PIERRE, S.D. - Tomorrow, Governor Larry Rhoden will sign a bill to defend the freedom to worship, SB 113. Governor Rhoden introduced the bill earlier this session alongside Republican leadership in both chambers.

The bill signing will take place in the Governor's Reception Office on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 11 am CT/10 am MT. Governor Rhoden will be joined by the bill's prime sponsors, Senator Mehlhaff and Representative Odenbach.
