Richardson is the vice president at White Castle System Inc., the family-owned restaurant chain based in Columbus. In his keynote speech, he will share how passion - for people, family and storytelling - has shaped this iconic brand through four generations. He'll also offer insights into governance, family meetings and the unique perspective of being an "in-law" in a family business.
The Member Recognition Celebration is the signature annual event for the Family Business Center, which is dedicated to supporting regional family businesses through educational programs, peer networking and community engagement. The Member Recognition Celebration welcomes representatives of some of the more than 200 privately held businesses in the center's membership and celebrates the people, partnerships and family businesses that make northwest Ohio's business community thrive.
In addition to the keynote speech by Richardson, the event also will encompass the recognition of incoming and outgoing advisory board members and the presentation of the Skutchie Awards - a beloved tradition recognizing the humor, heart and spirit that define the center's membership.
