Alliant Insurance Services Acquires Melcher & Prescott

New Hampshire based firm specializes in commercial and personal insurance, employee benefits and risk management services

IRVINE, CA - Alliant Insurance Services, the nation's leading specialty insurance broker, has expanded its presence in the Northeast through the strategic acquisition of Melcher & Prescott, an independent, full-service insurance agency and brokerage headquartered in Laconia, New Hampshire.

Founded in 1862, Melcher & Prescott provides commercial insurance, employee benefits and personal, life and health insurance to businesses and individuals across New England and surrounding areas.
