Mayor Cherelle L. Parker will announce the City of Philadelphia's plans to bring the spirit of celebration to neighborhoods across the city in honor of America's 250th Anniversary. The event will include remarks from City officials, local entertainment, Philly-themed refreshments, and engaging visual elements.

6:00 p.m. Mayor Parker to Attend 10th Annual World Heritage City Celebration
