Credit Agricole joins AI Focus 2026 research by Top Lead

On March 30th, visual communications agency Top Lead presented a large-scale research AI Focus 2026. This is an analytical overview of the artificial intelligence market in Ukraine, highlighting the current state of technology implementation in business processes and investment trends for the coming years.

As part of the research, Credit Agricole shared cases of implementing AI ranging from solutions that have already been implemented to those currently being scaled up. In particular, this involves automating the processing of documents, analyzing transactions, and verifying their compliance with sanction requirements. The bank is focused on reducing the routine workload on teams through AI assistants, developing CRM, and strengthening anti-fraud systems.

The study focuses on the economic impact of using artificial intelligence, its effect on labor productivity and Ukraine's economy, and explores issues of investment attractiveness and technological sovereignty.
