Navigate 2025: What to know before you go

SailPoint's annual Navigate conference is almost upon us, which means it's almost time for identity security experts, practitioners, developers, and learners to come together in Austin. This year's conference is poised to be one of the most exciting events yet, with new, in-depth masterclass sessions and the inaugural Hackathon kicking off on day one. Navigate 2025 will empower attendees to reimagine how organizations protect and manage identities of all types, empowering a secure and trusted digital workforce.

Wherever you are on your identity journey, there's something for you at Navigate 2025, but it always helps to go in with a plan. Here's what you need to know to get the most out of your Navigate Austin experience.

This year's event spans two premier venues in downtown Austin. Navigate East will take place at Fairmont Austin (101 Red River Street), featuring the main keynote stages, main expo hall, and some of the breakout sessions. Navigate West is just a block away at Austin Marriott Downtown (304 E Cesar Chavez St), where masterclasses, additional breakout sessions, and hands-on learning opportunities await.

Navigate has been the premier identity security conference for more than a decade, bringing together experts from every corner of identity and security. Attendees will hear from leading voices in the identity industry over the course of this four-day event filled with keynotes, workshops, demos, masterclasses, and hands-on learning opportunities. Shape your security future by exploring breakthrough innovations, technologies, and approaches to see how to tackle tomorrow's identity challenges.

Event highlights

• Keynotes and sessions: Navigate 2025 will feature expert speakers and security thought leaders, including Jen Easterly (former Director, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency), Sam Sabin (Axios), and Emmy award-winning choreographer Bradley Rapier.
• Workshops and masterclasses: Attendees will have the opportunity to access unparalleled expertise by participating in masterclasses and labs led by identity security experts including Lalit Choda (Mr. NHI, The Non-Human Identity Management Group), providing hands-on experience with some of today's most important identity concepts and challenges.
• Performances and networking opportunities: This year's event features the Navigate Music Festival, headlined by a live performance from Flo Rida! Deejay Honeycomb and Tomar and the FCs round out what is sure to be a great event.

Agenda overview

• September 29: Welcome reception and Navigate East expo, as well as the kickoff to the first annual Navigate Hackathon and the SailPoint Partner Summit.
• September 30: Demos, speakers, and masterclasses on a wide range of identity topics, including industry-specific presentations and instructive breakout sessions, and the Navigate Music Festival.
• October 1: Additional keynotes, masterclasses, and other informative sessions covering both broader identity challenges and specific SailPoint solutions, and the highly anticipated Women in Identity luncheon.
• October 2: Curated Identity University Skilled Sessions, featuring a full day of hands-on labs, product demos, presentations, and live Q&A opportunities with SailPoint Certified Engineers.

Meals

Attendees can take advantage of onsite meals during Navigate on September 30 and October 1. Breakfast will be provided at Navigate West from 7:15-8:15 am and at Navigate East from 7:15-8:30 am. Lunch will be served at Navigate East from 11:15 am-1 pm.

Get involved

Each year at Navigate, we strive to give back to the community through our #SailPointCares initiative. This year is no different: Navigate East and Navigate West will both feature stations where attendees can help assemble parent hospitality kits and make cards for patients at Dell Children's Medical Center, the only comprehensive children's heart center in Central Texas.
