Financial Product Lab

We're proud to share that Kentucky Highlands Investment Corporation has been selected to join @Opportunity Finance Network's (OFN) Financial Product Lab - a program launched in partnership with the Truist Foundation to help community development financial institutions (CDFIs) design, build, and launch innovative financial products for small businesses.

As one of seven CDFIs in this cohort, we'll be working alongside expert "innovation allies" to develop a new loan program aimed at reaching small businesses that are too often unable to access conventional financing - including first-time borrowers and entrepreneurs without traditional collateral.

Together, the Lab will help deploy up to $1.05 million in capital to small businesses. We're excited to get to work.
