Felony Charges Filed Against Sacramento Resident after Incident at Turning Point USA Event on UC Davis Campus

(Woodland, CA) - November 13, 2025 The Yolo County District Attorney has filed charges against 22-year-old Sacramento resident, Joanna Sodke, after an incident that occurred on April 3, 2025, during Turning Point USA event being held on the UC Davis Campus.

Sodke has been charged with one count of Conspiracy to Commit a Riot, and one count of Battery. She will be arraigned on November 14, 2025, at 1:30 pm in Dept. 1 of the Yolo County Superior Court.
