The City of Reno's Seniors EngAGED program invites local seniors to put on their dancing shoes and favorite costumes for a lively afternoon of music and fun at the Senior Halloween Dance on Monday, October 28, 2025, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the McKinley Arts and Culture Center Auditorium.
This festive event will feature dance hits, along with light refreshments and a vibrant atmosphere perfect for socializing and celebrating the season. Costumes are encouraged. The event is free and open to seniors ages 60 and older. No RSVP is required.
"We love creating opportunities for our senior community to connect, celebrate, and have fun," said Reno Mayor Hillary Schieve. "This dance party is a great way to bring people together and away from isolation for an eerie, good time!"
Seniors EngAGED strives to involve seniors in the City of Reno through an array of activities, including technology classes, field trips, resource fairs, and more. To learn more about senior opportunities, visit Reno.Gov/Seniors.
