Sleep Your Way to Success – Workshop with Academic Success (FREE SWAG)

We have all heard that a good night's sleep is important, but how does it actually impact our academic performance? Stop by our workshop to learn more about the importance for academic success. This workshop is open to all students and will take place in person on Wednesday, Feb. 18 at noon in the SAC Auditorium. We will also offer this workshop live on Zoom for those unable to attend in person.
