City of Pasadena to Host Landlord Workshop Covering Rent Stabilization, Rental Assistance, and Fair Housing

Co-hosted by the Housing Department's Rental Assistance Division, the Rent Stabilization Department, and the Housing Rights Center, this collaborative event will feature a wide range of topics. Partnering organizations will each cover key areas, while the Rent Stabilization Department will highlight the core provisions of Pasadena's Rent Stabilization Ordinance. This segment will cover requirements such as rent caps, tenant protections, relocation assistance, and updated regulations landlords must follow to remain compliant. Department staff will also address recent policy updates and be available to answer questions.

Metered street parking is available on Euclid Ave. and Los Robles Ave. Additional unvalidated parking is available in the garage below the Rent Stabilization Department building (entrance on Cordova St.) and at the Paseo parking lot (300 E. Colorado Blvd., main entrance on Green St.). Please note: Rent Stabilization staff are unable to validate parking for either location.
