Permits are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Waitlists are not available for parking garages or parking lots.

Permit holders may renew their permits and retain their parking privileges as long as permit invoices remain current. Individuals seeking parking for an academic term should select either a monthly or three-month permit, as school-year permit periods are not available.

Parking garage permits are issued as RFID-enabled hang tags that allow permit holders to enter and exit individual garages. After entering a garage, permit holders must park in designated permit parking areas and should not park in spaces marked for hourly parking or reserved parking.

Permits may be purchased online. To view garage and lot availability and purchase a permit, visit CoMo.gov/parking and follow the instructions under "Standard parking garage or lot permits."

When a permit is no longer needed, the RFID hang tag must be returned to City Hall, 701 E. Broadway. Failure to return the hang tag will result in a $25 fee.
