On October 16, 2026 The Company added Dr. Rohit Chitale and Dr. Grigoris Gerotziafas to the board of directors in an Extraordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors. Dr. Chitale and Dr. Gerotziafas shall be added to the board of directors effective immediately.
