ADVISORY - YORK COUNTY - Governor Shapiro to Make Investments in Mixed-Use Development, Expanding Access to Affordable Housing and Creating Jobs

Governor Josh Shapiro and Department of Community and Economic Development Secretary Rick Siger will join local leaders in York to announce new investments in mixed-use development, building more affordable housing - along with retail and office space - that supports working Pennsylvanians and create good-paying jobs across the Commonwealth.

These investments are part of the PA Mixed-Use Housing Development Pilot Program and build off the Shapiro Administration's Housing Action Plan, which the Governor announced earlier this year
