Item 8.01 Other Events.

The Essex mortgage loan, an asset of the Benchmark 2019-B15 Mortgage Trust (the "Issuing Entity"), is being serviced pursuant to the pooling and servicing agreement, dated as of November 1, 2019 (the "BMARK 2019-B14 PSA"), by and among J.P. Morgan Chase Commercial Mortgage Securities Corp., as depositor, Midland Loan Services, a Division of PNC Bank, National Association, as master servicer, K-Star Asset Management LLC (as successor to Midland Loan Services, a Division of PNC Bank, National Association except with respect to the Essex mortgage loan), as a special servicer, Midland Loan Services, a Division of PNC Bank, National Association, as special servicer for The Essex loan combination, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as certificate administrator and trustee, and Pentalpha Surveillance LLC, as operating advisor and asset representations reviewer, which governs the issuance of the Benchmark 2019-B14 Mortgage Trust, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2019-B14. The BMARK 2019-B14 PSA was filed as Exhibit 4.3 to the registrant's Current Report on Form 8-K dated December 18, 2019, and filed by the registrant on December 18, 2019, under Commission File No. 333-228597-04.

Effective as of April 3, 2026, Midland Loan Services, a Division of PNC Bank, National Association has been terminated as special servicer with respect to The Essex loan combination under the BMARK 2019-B14 PSA, and KeyBank National Association has been appointed to act as successor special servicer with respect to The Essex loan combination under the BMARK 2019-B14 PSA. A copy of the related Acknowledgment of Replacement Special Servicer dated April 3, 2026 is attached hereto as Exhibit 20.1.

Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the pooling and servicing agreement dated as of December 1, 2019 relating to the Issuing Entity, filed as Exhibit 4.1 to the Current Report on Form 8-K with respect to the Issuing Entity dated December 18, 2019, and filed by the registrant on December 18, 2019, under Commission File No. 333-228597-04.
