WESTCHESTER, Ill., (July 6, 2026) - Ingredion Incorporated (NYSE: INGR), a leading global provider of ingredient solutions for food and beverage brands, will showcase several of its latest innovations at the IFT First 2026 expo in Chicago.
Ingredion will feature a host of its solutions that focus on clean label, texture, support for individuals using anti-obesity medications such as GLP-1 agonists, protein and fiber fortification, and sugar reduction. These nutrition-forward formulations are designed to improve eating experiences and meet consumer needs without tradeoffs in texture or functionality.
The company also will host a Texture Masterclass - a live, multi-sensory tasting experience featuring an innovative coffee beverage that explores a new frontier of texture, challenging consumer expectations, and offering a window into the future of food.
