Sen. Rick Scott Leads Lifting Local Communities Act to Ensure Faith-Based Organizations Have Access to Federal Funds

WASHINGTON, D.C.- Today, Senator Rick Scott led Senators James Lankford and Tim Scott in announcing the Lifting Local Communities Actto ensure religious organizations are treated equally under federal law and can receive federal funding for social service programs on the same basis as private, nonreligious organizations.
