Onboarding Continues for the AWARDED Scholarship Management System

The transition to AWARDEDtook place on Oct. 1 and represents a significant advancement in how UA manages scholarships and brings greater efficiency, transparency and equity to the process.

The UA Scholarship Process Improvement team extends sincere appreciation to all university staff and faculty who recently joined the Town Hall meetings. Your presence, thoughtful engagement and commitment to student success are deeply valued.

The Town Halls, held at each university, introduced the new scholarship management system and discussed the impact of the updatedUA Foundation Scholarship Management Policy.

Recognizing the transition with AWARDED will take some time, feel free to submit additional questions regarding the new scholarship management process via this Google form.

AWARDED Platform Lunch & Learn Sessions

Questions will be addressed at biweekly AWARDED Platform Lunch & Learn sessions, starting on Oct. 7 at 1 p.m.

Sessions will be held every other Tuesday at 1 p.m. throughout the academic year. Each Lunch & Learn session will be heldvirtually at this linkand facilitated by the Scholarship Process Improvement Coordinators from each university and the UA Foundation Scholarship team.
