Affordable Housing Advisory Committee Meeting Oct. 28

CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (Oct. 20, 2026) - The Affordable Housing Advisory Committee has scheduled a meeting at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2026, at the Family Services Center, 21500 Gibralter Drive, Port Charlotte, to elect a chair and vice chair, approve the State Housing Initiatives Partnership 2023-24 close-out annual report, conduct the annual review of affordable housing incentive strategies and schedule a public hearing for final review and approval, consider an amendment to the Local Housing Assistance Plan, receive general housing program policy, funding and project updates, and provide member updates.
