DEXSTA Federal Credit Union Donates $3,175 to Ronald McDonald House

This July, DEXSTA Federal Credit Union was able to donate $3,175 thanks to all of the members who participated in this month's Skip-a-Pay Program! DEXSTA's Skip-a-Pay program is designed as a solution that lets members defer qualifying loan payments for a month without any penalties. This program is a limited-time opportunity to skip a payment on any qualifying loan during July.So how does DEXSTA Federal Credit Union collect the donations? A $30 processing fee per loan applies and will be deducted from each participating member's DEXSTA account.

Their estimated loan maturity date will be extended, and $5 of each processing fee gets donated to a charity organization. This year, DEXSTA chose Ronald McDonald House as the charity to receive the funds.

We were very excited to partner with Ronald McDonald House and learn about their missions and values as a company. Ronald McDonald House is best known for providing food and shelter to families of youth affected by illnesses/ailments though they offer several different types of services and care. They are a nonprofit organization with locations across the globe helping families and children ease some of the financial burdens that come with these unfortunate situations.
